Greetings to everyone in November. The big Dixie Gun and Knife Show is November 22-23,2025 at the Jim Graham Building and the North Carolina State fairgrounds on Trinity road.  There are typically around 800 tables at this event and about 150 different vendors and this will be the Pre Black Friday sale to hit up.  Don't forget to stop by and say hi to us as will have 5 tables in our usual spot over to the right side of the building from where you come in the front door.  There will be tons of new rifles, shotguns, handguns and everything in between.  We will have some reloading supplies and so will Bulletworks NC from Asheboro.  We have gotten some hunting ammo in stock for the season and would love to help you out with building a new rifle for the hunt or for the NEW NRL season which starts in December as well.  

Hunting season has started and we here in the east and in the central in NC are enjoying some good conditions outside.  So break out the tree stand or high blind and get to work.  If you happen to be in Wendell, Zebulon or Wake Forest area the country butcher www.facebook.com/countrybutcherscustomprocessing/ (On Facebook) is a good option for carrying your harvest to if you'd like to get the meat packaged for some freezing and storage. 

The weather is also dropping off so now's the time to get out and try your hand at a deer hunt this year.  We are in between PRS matches as the next match isn't until December 6, 2025 in Maysville, NC at Alliance outdoors.  So if you are ringing an 8" steel at 400 yards you should be right in the wheelhouse for your next hunt.  Don't forget the wildlife app www.gooutdoorsnorthcarolina.com . Its the official NCWRC app for registering and marking your harvest as well as keeping all of your licenses and tags.  I don't think you can even get paper tags anymore but not 100% on that.
