1934 ARMORY BE1 Classic 1 - Piece Action With Rock Creek Barrel

The BE1 bolt action is crafted for shooters who demand accuracy and reliability. The BE1 action is their classic action with an integrated recoil lug and integrated rail.  This action will come with a Rock Creek barrel of your caliber choice and overall barrel length.  The barrel will also be threaded 5/8-24 on the muzzle for your brake or suppressor.

Warning: You must be 18 or older to purchase a rifle or a shotgun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun. All firearms will be shipped to your local FFL as receivers are serialized firearms by definition.  We will spin up the barrel in the caliber that you are choosing.  Expect a 10-14 day shipping window for all barreled actions.  Please email us at ironmikearmoryllc@gmail.com with your preferred FFL and include your barrel length request as well in the email.  For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition or firearms. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

1934 Armory, LLC 1-Year Limited Warranty Effective Date: Effective the date of Purchase. Limited Warranty: 1934 Armory, LLC ("Company") provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of this custom bolt action ("Product"). The Company warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. What is Covered: This Warranty covers defects in materials used in the manufacturing of the Product. If a defect in materials is discovered during the warranty period, 1934 Armory, LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective components at no charge to the Purchaser. What is Not Covered: This Warranty does not cover: Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the Product. Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic blemishes, surface scratches, or degradation of finish. Damage caused by the use of ammunition not recommended by 1934 Armory, LLC. Loss or damage during shipping to or from the Purchaser. Warranty Claims Process: To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must contact 1934 Armory, LLC to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the original receipt. Ship the Product, along with the RA number and proof of purchase, to 1934 Armory, LLC. The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Limitations: This Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original Purchaser of the Product. 1934 Armory, LLC's liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective materials. Under no circumstances will 1934 Armory, LLC be liable for any incidental, consequential, or other damages. Disclaimer: This Warranty is the only expressed warranty provided by 1934 Armory, LLC. All implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. Governing Law: This Warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
